Laser plane measurement system
The laser plane measurement system uses high-speed rotation of end face milling machines or punching machine crossbeams to measure the processed end faces and calculate the peak to peak flatness values, facilitating customer qualification judgment. At the same time, the system can also be used for measuring the initial plane, guiding the drilling machine to adjust the first feed rate of the milling cutter head (to prevent empty milling or tool collision), estimating the total machining allowance and time, and arranging production in an orderly manner. The system is reliable and the measurement is accurate (except for strong reflective surfaces, which can be compensated by other means), improving the processing eficiency of the equipment and the qualification rate of the product, shortening the detection time, and contributing to cost reduction and eficiency improvement for customers.
打孔机激光平面测量系统是利用端面铣床或打孔机横梁的高速旋转，对已加工完的端面进行测量，并计算出平面度峰峰值，方便客户进行合格判定。同时该系统也可以用于初始平面的测量，指导打孔机调节铣刀头的首次进刀量(防止出现空铣或撞刀)，预估总的加工余量及时间，对生产进行有序安排，系统可靠，测量精准(强反光面除外，可以通过其他方式弥补)，提高了设备的加工效率和产品的合格率，缩短了检测时间，为客户降本提效做出贡献。<br/>
